How it works
Like all follicular unit transplantation, brow hair transplantation is a minimally invasive, outpatient procedure, that typically takes from 5 to 8 hours in our fully accredited private clinic. During the procedure we use a follicular unit extraction technique (FUE) to improve brow location, contour and density. Donor hairs are individually grafted one at a time from healthy areas of the scalp. Once the grafts have been collected, very small recipient site incisions are made along the desired brow line. This is a technically and aesthetically demanding operation as we match the angle and curl of the current brow hair when placing the individual grafts into their recipient site.

Results
Most patients report minimal discomfort and following what is generally a short period of recovery and healing, the transplanted brow will grow naturally and permanently. Though timelines may vary from patient to patient, the most common side effects are swelling and bruising around the eyes for up to 5 days after the procedure.
